Some of these are our reference outcomes. Some are published stories from other companies. We say which is which.

A first online shop

A neighborhood bakery put a straightforward shop online and stopped depending only on foot traffic. Online sales and repeat orders both climbed within a year. We cite it because the pattern is common: the first serious site is a market, not a brochure.

Operating example

Service work, off the spreadsheet

A service company ran clients from sheets. A CRM cut to their actual workflow cut admin time about 25%, lifted retention about 15%, and removed most scheduling errors. Reported first-year return was about 350%. Use it as a scale reference, then we will measure your own loop.

Inventory at store scale

Walgreens moved inventory off manual tracking and onto mobile devices across a very large store base. Accuracy and stockouts improved because the count happened in the aisle. We did not run that program. The lesson is the same one we use with smaller teams: instrument the place the work happens.
